About This Site and How We Test the Monkeyzino App

One thing before anything else: monkeyzinoapp.com is an independent guide. We are not Monkeyzino, we do not operate its games, we cannot see your account and we cannot fix a stuck withdrawal. What we do is install the casino's app, use it the way a normal player would, and write down what actually happens.
Who writes this
I'm Alex Birch. I have been reviewing casino apps on Android and iOS since 2019, first for a comparison portal and now here. My test devices are my own: a Pixel 8, a Galaxy A54, an iPhone 13 and a 9th generation iPad. Nothing runs in an emulator. After every major OS update I wipe the Monkeyzino install and repeat the setup from scratch, because that is exactly the moment web apps tend to break.
How we test
The method is boring on purpose. Install on real hardware and time it with a stopwatch. Tap through the lobby, search, live tables and the cashier. Run a deposit where possible and note how fast it lands. Then re-check the whole page monthly, which is why every article here carries a visible "Last checked" date. If a screen changed since the last pass, the text and the screenshots change with it.

Editorial rules
Every factual claim on this site comes from the casino's own published pages and its official app listing: the 12 MB size, the 4.9 rating, the cashback tiers, the payment list. When we describe an error, we quote the system message verbatim, down to the odd grammar, rather than paraphrasing it. "Your account is suspended. Please contact the Support for more information." is quoted like that because that is exactly what the screen says.
What we don't do
- No predictions about game outcomes, ever.
- No "winning strategies" or systems that claim to beat the house.
- No promises of profit. The games have a house edge and the casino keeps it.
- No pressure. If something about the app annoyed us in testing, it goes in the article.
